Valmont Park, Boulder
Boulder’s 2017 Walk and Bike Month kicks off with the popular Circle Boulder by Bicycle tour on Sunday, June 4 at 10 a.m. Riders will meet at Valmont Park (off Airport Rd) and return for refreshments after the ride. Registration will be open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Groups will leave at various times between 10 a.m. and noon. Event organizers stress this is a friendly, leisurely ride around Boulder’s bike paths. Participants can do the entire loop called the B-360 (about 23 miles), or half the distance, called the B-180 (about 14 miles).
The Circle Boulder by Bicycle ride is one of the most popular events of Boulder’s annual Walk and Bike Month celebration, with almost 700 participants last year. The ride will be limited to 750 people. For more information, visit the event webpage or contact David Kemp at or 303-441-1955.
